This was a super fun photo shoot, as it always is with this adorable little family. And so much for their extended family to be excited about too, because new little baby boy is the cousin of the last newborn baby girl that I posted about. Lot’s of adorable new life entering in to the world for this family, much to celebrate!!!! So wonderful to see you guys again, here is just a peek from our session together…

This was such a special newborn photo shoot on so many levels. This sweet little baby joined our great earth quite early and thanks to the love of her family, the wonderful care of her doctors and nurses, and her own amazing strength she has grown into a happy, healthy and OH SO ADORABLE little baby girl!!! Her mama is a friend of mine so I REALLY could not wait to get my hands on this child. She is nothing short of amazing, and I am so thrilled for them to have her home and enjoying their lives together. Here are a few of the images we captured during our time together this past weekend…

It was so wonderful to meet and work with this new couple. They are so adorable and so very excited to welcome their little one into the world. They have been getting their nest ready for his arrival and I must say they have done a fabulous job. The home feels so warm and inviting. What a lucky little fella to have such a loving family and home. His Grandma is super excited too and she even stopped by to get a few shots with her daughter. She is proud and over the moon like most grandmas. So cute. It was a great shoot and I can’t wait to meet and photograph this little one when he arrives!!! Here is just a peek of our time together…

One of the questions I get asked most often by clients before their shoot is “what should we wear?!” SOO, along with the regular advice I pass on to clients in their Welcome Packets, I will also be doing a monthly “What to wear” post on the blog. These are great visuals to get an idea of ways to mix patterns/ textures , layer, coordinate outfits and suggestions for a harmonious color palette. They are obviously not going to be in line with everyone’s personal style, but they are a great tool to use as a jumping off point.

So, without further ado, your very first “WHAT TO WEAR”!!!!!
